Structuring of ABS Transactions(synthetic and traditional) for the Bank and its customers .Working within an established team the individuals will undertake sector and market research,create marketing material and provide support to the distribution teams. The roles will involve external communication and liaison with law firms,rating agencies,corporates and financial institutions.Close working relationships will be maintained with internal Head Office departments including legal department and customer relationship managers.

Applicants must have a minimum of three year's experience in securitisation and credit derivatives in a top tier institution .Experience must include modelling portfolio credit risk,cash flow analysis and well developed skills in finance,accounting and Bank regulation.Strong organisational, quantitative and communcation skills are also required. A strong academic background is required ,preferably an MBA or Masters Degree in Finance. A good command of the German language would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite.
